The only Primos calls that I have used are the diaphragms. Seem to work just fine.

Good hunting. LB

Hi Thomas, welcome. I have learned over a period of time that Leonard is somewhat of a "sleeper" concerning calls and calling sounds. He has stated several times on the various boards that "sound" is not a critical factor in his calling, yet the last time I called with him he was doing some kind of gawdawful sounding distress with a diaphragm that made ME want to jump up and run over there. After the stand Tyler asked me what kind of call Leonard used 'cause it was "awesome". Leonard also made a cowhorn call that utilizes three reeds that I would dearly love to own. So next time you read Leonard state that sounds aren't really all that important remember that he has the best of both.

To answer your question, I have a few Primos calls and they, like most manufacturers, sell a serviceable call that is worth the money.
