Author Topic: Calling has Begun Purple220 Knows what it's all about Member # 173 posted September 01, 2003 09:01 PM                    The past few days we have had a cold front with a lot of rain move into West Tx. Critters finally started moving. I couldn't stand any longer and grabbed the Purple Swift and new Krusty Krier call and off to the pasture we went. First stand was set up in a pipeline right of way and intersecting dry creek. After 3 minutes of singing a tune on the KK an lone yote appears. I miss the hillcountry. I can't really complain about Indianas Varmint population though. Id say less than 10% of people here hunt.And less than 10% of those hunt Vermin. All good for me though.
