Leonard-

Please accept my apology if I have stepped out of line in the way I have defended myself.
This is not normal behavior, but I will not tolerate "blind siding" the new guy, with the expectation that I am gong to take it and lay down. I also apologize to any of the members that might of taken offense and/or caught a piece of shrapnel.

I am not sucking up or rolling over and wetting, but I have been raised to have respect and consideration for people and this is your home.
I like it here.

If you mean about Scott, I expect that He'll tear me to pieces and quote every detail I type. I really don't mind. As long as this 2nd year caller can learn from an ADC man, providing Lance and Rich are accisable with their own experiences and opinions, I'm all ears, and eyes.

Pup,
I don't think that you were out of line at all. I feel your pain, as I too have had coyotes do things that drove me nuts while trying to call them. There is no man living who knows everything about coyotes. The man who thinks he does know it all will soon have a coyote make a fool out of him again. [Smile]

If you call the coyotes in close, you won't NEED a high dollar range finder.

pup,
you don't owe me an apology. But since you bring it up, I think you could have a little more patience. We have all heard about the medium and how it is hard to take the written word without visual and auditory clues. You appear to be sensitive to criticism, and Scott loves to debate.

Yes, Wiley is blunt, but I believe his style has value. He makes me think once in a while; which I normally hate to do.

I would tell you that we are fortunate to have him; but I don't want him to get a swelled head. We are fortunate to have more than the average amount of real good predator hunters that share their knowledge, and take the time to explain methods and offer insights.

It has to be self-gratifying because it is not always appreciated. Consider this as a campfire and we are standing around BSing and spitting in the fire. Some of it will stick with you, maybe the stuff that you found irritating?

Good hunting. LB
