Don't discount a bunch of coyote hunters. First of all, successfully hunting coyotes is not an entry level activity. Just about all of them started as accomplished deer hunters, duck hunters, general big game hunters including lots of places far from home. And, they are pretty knowledgable about guns, in general, a high percentage are handloaders and general outdoorsmen and fishermen. So, well rounded might be a good description. In any case most have been around the block a few times and generally as law abiding as they come. Good citizens.
I don't think it's surprising that a bunch of coyote hunters have brains and common sense, and possibly more than a few could be considered educated.
