Look, men are men and women aren't. Period!
The effort by Feminists to dream up equality between the sexes is laughable. If women were equal, there wouldn't be a men's tour in golf. There would be co-ed Tennis Tournaments. But in that case, even The Williams sisters, (who might rank below #500) would starve to death. The Olympics? You wouldn't see any females if sex wasn't an issue.
So, here we are. Dilute the standards to achieve your political agenda. It's not a sin that females cannot do many physical things as well as even an average man. What is it that they want to prove? Discrimination exists for a purpose, deal with it.

Well, so far as I know, the LAPD has always had a requirement that a deputy has to be able to climb over a six foot block wall.
As you may have guessed, a number of women cadets cannot climb over a six foot block wall. This is a requirement for graduation.
When it has been determined that a female candidate cannot get over the wall, she is sent to a several week long wall climbing course. At the end of training, when she still cannot get over a six foot block wall, they bypass the requirement and mainline the girls for supervision where they will never be required to climb block walls.

PS even now, in all major cities, all controlled by Democrats, the rule is that all Chief of Police will be either Black, or Female or Lesbian, Transsexual, or a combination of those "requirements". They haven't figured out a way to impose the same requirements on County Sheriffs yet, because they are elected, not appointed by a Democrat Mayor.
