I was in the frist grade at a school on base at Fort Hood when that happen. They let school out right after the shooting.
That was a good one KoKo....lol

I wasn't in school yet. We were in town getting supplies and staying with the grandparents.
I remember they let the schools out and I had kids to play with.

First of all, they shouldn't have caved to that Flake's demand!
All this screaming about an FBI investigation? Did we forget about draining the swamp? This is like putting the fox in charge of the henhouse. The Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation are a couple of outfits that shouldn't be in charge of something like this and Trump was right to limit the scope of the investigation. The Democrats are already screaming that it's not good enough and what we need is a SPECIAL PROSECUTOR.
See, it doesn't do any good to try and make them happy. The only thing that would make them happy is to let them pick the next Justice of The Supreme Court. They forget that you need to win the election before you get to set all the policies and the various appointments. They aren't running the country anymore.
The Republicans should never concede ANYTHING! Every time they give in on an issue, they get it shoved up their ass sideways. The fucking Democrats believe all's fair; lie, cheat, make up stuff and then send their "Rent a Demonstration" goons to harass the proceedings in every way possible. When that doesn't work, they chase Senators and Press Secretaries and anybody they can locate, and chase them out of restaurants.
Until the Republicans start playing for keeps, they will continue to be walked over. It's shameful.
