This is complete, total STUPIDITY !
This is the kind of asshole that takes "sound shots", which is something I never heard of until I was well past middle age.
The man that did this needs to go to jail and as far as I am concerned, FOREVER. No second chances! It just makes my blood boil because people are going to lump me it with this asshole!
