I haven't posted in a while, but I ain't dead...yet. If you are really bored and have cable TV yours truly will be featured on FoxPro's Furtakers show this week on the Outdoor Channel. Air times are listed on this link:

You want to know my "go to"? Speaking of trout, I really like the Thomas Buoyant spoons in blood red and gold.
I love Mepps spinners!
You know what? I have never used a Marabou jig? Maybe it's about time?

First time I tied a Marabou on my fly rod brown trout first cast! Owens River.

I use spoons and spinners as well, but my ratio of catching bigger fish goes waaaaaay up when I use marabou jigs. Like way-way up!
