Standard article on coyotes; How Much Do COYOTES Affect Deer Populations ? Frank Miniter.
Nice photo of a coyote with either the wind blowing it's fur oddly or a really big rub spot.
What really caught my eye, though, is the body part in the coyote's jaws.
The article's about deer but somehow the fur on that rib cage doesn't look like deer hair.
?????
Actually, it kind of looks more like coyote underfur.

I saw it, and at first glance, couldn't figure out what he was carrying? After taking a good look, I'm pretty sure that he scored some Tony Roma's Baby Back Ribs? If you asked the critters, themselves, they'd rather have that, than half a deer ribcage any day.
