That Bulemia area is weird. I happened to take a wrong turn several years ago and wound up in that little berg. It's a very layed back community, a resident is likely to be strolling down the street with a joint in hand. It's really a dead end place, quite literally, just across the Golden Gate Bridge from SF.

I'm gonna call Bullshit on their 'rooms theory.
Protected from hunting.
Protected from trapping.
Habituated to humans.
And most likely fed.
