Board of supervisors bans PredatorMasters

The Board also said the hunting of coyotes, 'even when done legally, does not serve any legitimate wildlife management purpose and instead upsets the natural balance of the area's Sonoran Desert ecosystem.'

Well, he doesn't get, does he?

Kudos to the Pima County Board of Supervisors for banning future Predator Masters "hunts" on county land. As the resolution states, indiscriminate slaughter of native predators serves no legitimate wildlife management purpose and disrupts the predator-prey balance that keeps our desert ecosystems healthy and productive.

...she says that, until "Fluffy" is taken and dismembered right in front of her eyes. [Roll Eyes]

As far as the board of supervisors knowledge of ecosystems, that can be put in an official Michael Obama approved school lunch box, with room to spare. The things Liberals don't know would surprise few normal people.

Good hunting. El Bee

PS if, (big if) the braintrust at Predator Masters were to sue the Board of Supervisors, I would bet on them, lacking a state law prohibiting these things.

As bad as they are informed most of the time 1 thing they have in their corner is that they are organized where as we hunters no matter where we live are not.
They have the ears of every anti person on city/state boards/committees (usually most are anti) and push harder for dumb laws & get them passed while hunters sit and moan & do not organize as a common group.

I'm pretty sure AZGFD regulations trump Pima County regulations. Wardens are the top police force in the state, as far as authority. Only in Tucson, and most likely will not stand. There's a reason the rest of us call it "the armpit".

Sue? The only people that win anything of value are lawyers. Once again, they think they won, but really, they're dreaming...and so is the Pima County Board of Stupivisors.
