I didn't appreciate his comment: "The IRS shifts the burden of proof from the tinfoil behatted to the government by targeting the Tea Party and other conservative groups." But the act is very funny.

Frannk, I going to market high fashion hat that have a tin foil liner. This no one knows you are paranoid of microwave beams and us believers will be the last ones standing.
At the gun store I frequent, they use to have a customer that honestly believe the CIA put a chip in his head to track him. They also loaded up a round of pistol ammo with C4 that blew the whole gun up in his hand. The fun store finally ran him off.
