I know why Philadelphia mask mandate was issued by the mayor while only experiencing 2 covid deaths . Pennsylvania Democrats are switching over to the Republican party in mass (see first link). Dr John Campbell cannot understand why the mayor is doing this. (See 2nd link) Pennsylvania is holding its primary election May 17th. It is well known that some precincts in Philadelphia cheat at voting time. By issuing this mandate they have a made up reason to stop the poll watchers from doing their job by enforcing social distancing. Its 2020 all over again.
