First of all, what is happening in Oregon should be happening in a number of states. Pick 'em, you could say California, for sure, same with Colorado and New Mexico. Even Illinois if there could be some way to carve out Chicago and what about rural New York? The actual possibilities are endless, something touched on at the end of this article.
