First, the Captain, or whatever he is, or was, said this officer shot the guy but it was an accident. But, today, she posts bond after being arrested for manslaughter? Doesn't seem compatible to me?

But let's talk about victim responsibility. The dead asshole had a warrant, he had expired tags, and don't quote me, but I think also expired license? Then, of course, he supposedly is jumping back into the vehicle and it's said that he seemed to be reaching for a weapon. However, that canard is always used by police when they shoot somebody. But he tried to get away and she "tried" to Tase him!

That's a lot of contributing to your own death, partner! Somewhere, somehow, we are sinking , both sides and I'm damned sick and tired of LOCKDOWN! I had lunch with a high school friend this afternoon, inside a restaurant, for a change!

Anyway, this "hero" won his stupid prize! And, little Miss Incompetent Office's life will never be the same and it's going to probably bankrupt her! Whatever.

Good hunting. El Bee

I'm pretty sure that using the phrase 'victim responsibility' will fast track us to the A Block at the soon to be opened 'Re-education Camps'.

As I mentioned somewhere in another post; 'Don't give the cop, good or bad, a reason to put his foot on your neck in the first place !!!!!'

Yeah, and one of the circumstances pointed out was the exhaust from the idling patrol car, carbon monoxide. Who knows? Could be? But, did it show up in the autopsy?

Whatever happens, my opinion is the guy offed himself, one way or another. Should be interesting whatever the jury comes up with? But, seems like the defense was of short duration?

Good hunting. El bee

edit: there is a lot to be said for that "situational asphyxiation" kinda like the hog tying and drawing the feet up can cause breathing difficulty.
