This Governor and several other (of course) Democrats want to impose a bunch of Orwellian regulations. I'll tell you what I think: it's time to start building those Guillotines, and Ox Carts!

The gov (democrat of course) locked down Kaintuckee again. Restaurants are closed for 3 weeks. The sheep are following these asinine rules. Toilet paper shortage again. Good thing I got lots of leaves in the yard.

Here's a little nugget for ya:

MANDATORY VACCINATIONS!

If that don't trigger an all out revolt, I don't know what would? It would be done in the usual Democrat way by saying you need it before you get the other things you need. These are control freaks we are talking about so everything would be mandatory, no options, do it or expect the SWAT team at 3 am.

I think we will have a huge violation of edicts on Thursday.

Oh, and they came out against travel, too. I'm going to Marin (me and Tillie) for Thanksgiving. They are bickering over who gets to sleep with Tillie and Devon won.

I'm remembering all the negatives associated with traveling with a dog. I bought a front seat safety belt restraint, which I spent several hours modifying, because she apparently has a hundred pound chest and a 50 lb head. Anyway, I got it to fit reasonably well. Maybe it will keep her out of my lap. It better, or she's going back in the kennel, which I'm bringing, just in case.

Be careful in Marin that's enemy territory. I have an old girlfriend that lives there she was a gypsy Tarot card reader. Don't ask it was the sixties !

I told my long suffering wife that if we drive up to Northern Arizona we can get a free turkey dinner at Paul's house for Thanksgiving.
She asked "Who's Paul ??"
I told her "A guy I met on-line on a coyote hunting porn site."
She said "What's he do ??"
I told her "Nothing, he's a hermit that lives back in the woods way up the hollow with almost 4 thousand posts on that coyote porn site."
She gave me 'The Look' so I don't think that we're going anywhere. Sorry Paul. Happy Thanksgiving.

Boy, if there is anyone that deserves to bounce back from adversity, it's Paul. In a way, he's like my son, never seems to be discouraged for very long. But he's a hard head and has seen plenty of adversity. Don't mean to label Mr Melching with that comment, my son's is all self inflicted, but he's always positive, something I can't manage, myself. But, he is blood and out of work for more than 6 months and I have had to help a little. Just when he's still not drinking and getting along with that female he married, for some reason that escapes me? She's sure not a looker, there has to be another attraction? As I was talking on the phone, I said that I have to give her one point because she loves dogs, and as she was listening, piped up with the question, only one point? Yeah, best I can do, I am not a fan and he needs support, not another liability with a bi polar personality. I'l never understand how he keeps picking losers! Whatever.

Wow! You deserve congratulations for 45 years, for damned sure! Not to mention, you have surpassed my record of 44 years; and which unfortunately terminated almost 15 years ago, one of those "to death do us part" situations. I keep looking for another perfect female but they are hard to find! Then, just my luck, I did find one that was at least acceptable and just my luck, she died on me! Snake bit! It's a jungle out there!

edit: Nancy passing was a terrible tragedy and it affected me greatly. What a loss, since we were 17, and she passed away one month past her 63rd birthday. But here is the part I'm driving at; losing Karen impacted me damned near as deeply as did Nanc, my perfect soulmate. The problem with that is I have guilt, I shouldn't feel an equivalent loss because of a woman I knew only a little more than 4 years. Well, maybe not, but it's hard to compare profound loss vs loss, ya know?
