Between the political debates, stupid lion concerns, sex changes, and a myriad of other nonsense, I prefer to concentrate on more important things...

Cool pic!

Umm? Would you mind identifying what we are looking at? Particularly that grayling looking critter trying to sneak away?

Good hunting. El Bee

I see trout, yellow perch and possibly a redhorse sucker.
What confuses me is fishing from a tree stand ????? [Eek!]

Rainbow trout on the left. Most of the rest of the fish are walleye and perch, except for that one sneaky sucker fish Leonard spotted. Saving the sucker to use as cut bait later.

Walleyes! Dang, I have not even seen one since I left Minneesota in the 50's. Or, suckers, for that matter. Used to get one we called a "Red Horse" and "sheepshead". Those things from the Mississippi River, which I have not seen since I was about twelve. Or, yellow perch, which I agree, are underrated as table fair. I remember once catching one while trolling for northerns, must have been around a pound?

Good hunting. El Bee

We don't have yellow perch here, but I know a lot of people who would regret passing up their cousins, the bluegills and green sunfish. Of all the different fish in Kansas farm ponds, I consider them to be the best fighting, and best eating.

That's a good scrap of fish there.
