Like a 1911, timeless in form, function and practicality....really nice specimen you have there.
Ive owned two, one in .44 special, notice, owned is a past tense verb.

That's a damned nice piece you have there, Rick. What's the story, did you just acquire it?

As noted before, our friend Victor is what I might call, a TRADER. He buys and sells, and buys and sells. Half the firearms in southeastern Arizona would have his fingerprints on them. I don't get it, but it's harmless.

Getting back to the photo, is it chambered in 45 Colt? Do you shoot it? I agree, it is timeless.

Good hunting. El Bee

NIB Colt SAA in 45 Colt 7 1/2 inch barrel. Bought it a few weeks back through a live auction don't know if you have ever herd of Little John's Firearms Auction in Orange CA. I like single action revolvers my favorite guns next to my bolt action hunting rifles. Paid a fair all in price that included the premium, sales tax, and DROS way better than the online sites GunBroker and the likes if you do catch one for sale in this configuration and condition the sales prices are out of sight. Even though it's a late model 3rd Gen Colt, these are hard to find NIB in this barrel length and in 45 Colt they get snatched up quick. Colt does not produce many of these each year so I fell lucky to have found this Colt I collect a few Colts. I shoot my Ruger Vaqueros and Freedom Arms single actions. How you feeling Leonard? Rick

I'm doing ok, Rick.
Got a couple appointments in about a week, might learn something?
Will be scheduling surgery probably in three weeks, so that my daughter can be there.
I think I need to sign an advance directive, just in case.

Good hunting. El Bee

PS that sure is a pretty gun you got there!
