Maybe this is one reason? And, I didn't know this? Who were the idiots that passed this law, was it referendum or the legislature?
PS, I haven't voted for a "proposition" in decades. I haven't voted to confirm a judge in decades, either! I don't think I EVER voted for a tax increase? But, somehow, my property taxes have gone up more than 50% in less than ten years!
