New phone scam;
Social Security Admin. calls claiming fraudulent activity on my account etc. etc.

What account? Your Social Security account? What activity? You have not started claiming social security yet, are you? All you are doing is paying into the system, at this point. How is it being used fraudulently? Don't worry, you aren't guilty, it's all a big mistake and you should be eligible for bail and you can put up your house, so it will only cost you 10% of the actual bail. If bail is $25,000, you are only out of pocket $2,500 plus recording fees, etc. A lawyer shouldn't cost more than that so for less than five grand, I'm betting you won't spend more than overnight in jail. Stop worrying!
