LB, warfarin is to thin your blood to keep from getting more blood clots (Like me). Also helps if you have A-fib. You blood is suppose to be in the 2.5 range not to thin or to thick. Mine went to 5.7 in 3 days. My doc said he had heard of people being scenstive to lack of greens. I guess I'm one of them. All things green have vitimin K it for clotting blood. They won't do any surgeries or needles into you with that thin of blood. It's more of an internal bleeding thing. They took blood to do the test and I hardly bled at all. So more internal thing. Do a google search on what foods are high in vit. K and you'll be surprised.

Another thing. Not sure what this has to do with anything ?

Never ate a green salad in my life. Tried a few times and just can't do it ?

Might come back to haunt me ?

Went to my niece's wedding reception last night. Spent some time with one of her friends who is a pharmacist. We talked about Warfarin/coumadin or rat poison to some.

I'm on the stuff too.

The word was "unbelievable". I use it often when I find myself in a conversation with someone I peg as a bull shitter. It works well, because it takes on two different meanings in the conversation. I, use it as a literal word, meaning I don't believe a fucking thing the bull shitter is telling me. The bull shitter, believes Im using it in the "wow" sense of the word, and is tickled to death thinking I believe his yarn.

It suddenly came to me, in bed, of all things when lots of other things should have been rolling around in my mind....

So I'm thinking back; was there ever a conversation with the afore mentioned Victor Carlson in which he made the comment:

UNBELIEVABLE!

That sneaky devil. Gotta watch him!

Good hunting. El Bee

Didn't get home in time to talk with the doc he left a message that there is a abnormality and it will need to be fixed.

Also seems to be my year for hurting my self.
I fell last night in the yard. Stepped in a hole with the left foot and the right leg has no support fell over faster than a falling tree like timber and and shoved the right breast back into the chest/ribs. Don't know if I broke a rib but sure sore and bruised feeling. I have to regressing back to being a toddler. Fall over at the sign of anything in my way.

Wow, you better be careful! Falling is painful, do as little of it as possible.

Truthfully, when walking in the back, I use a stick made from a rib of a saguaro cactus. Very handy and lite, especially going down the steps.

Good hunting. El Bee

Well nothing torn it's a crack in the femur head plus a lot of fluid in the joint and good ol' arthritis along with all of it.
Get to find out if I have cracked ribs or just deep bruising with the ribs today.

Got the news yesterday.
There is a term/word for it but can't remember it or even how to type it.
My femur head/ball is dying. There is a crack in the neck and a gouge in the top of the ball.
Doesn't really matter now.
Surgery Sept 29th.
Should be a fun month to get through. Lookout has 14 steps and they are fairly steep. I should have the steel railing totally rounded by then. lol
At least I now know and can get on with life after this. One more major surgery one of these days if the body will hold up. That is back surgery the spine is sliding off the pelvis. At times it is very painful.
