Is anyone aware of any celebrity or publicly known person (outside of hunting) who hunts predators?

And no, Higgins and Krusty don't count.

I can think of a lot of celebrities who "hunt", but none that hunt coyotes like we do. Their predators are more fashionable like lion or bear. The common coyote isn't much of an attention getter in celebrity circles.

JOhn Anderson was the firest one that came to mind for me, from the pics that Cal shared some time back.

I did find this picture this past week at the Eisenhower Presidential Museum here, of Ike's family after a successful coyote hunt. I don't see Ike, himself, in it, but I guess he was there and took part.

Tripp,

There's a big difference between famous, and infamous.

Hopefully, I'm neither.

John who?

Cheney's SD pheasant hunt has to be the most expensive hunt in the world.

We were aerial hunting one morning while he was here, I walk into the Pierre private air terminal carrying a shotgun, camo clothed, before light. There sits Air Force 1-2-? spotlights on it and a black van sittting beside it. Bet I woke somebody up!!! At least got thier attention.

Helicopters, vehicles, personal ambulance, etc. Tax dollars at work!

Roy Rogers hunted coyotes with a few members of my club, years ago. They said he never chipped in for gas?

Okay, cheap shot, but I always liked the guy, uncomplicated, etc.

Anybody know if Ted hunts coyotes?

Good hunting. LB

I've been fortunate to have gone coyote hunting a number of times, and then come back and gotten drunk with the Coyote god himself, the Great John-Henry!

He even let me buy the beer!

....the thrill of a lifetime, I'm sure?

I have not been so fortunate; but I have hunted with Chilli Rojo.... a bit older and wiser, plus, a decent shot. Intellectual too, but he conceals it nicely.

Good hunting. LB

Leonard,

You'd have to ask Sly. He knows "the Nuge" personally. Even has his autograph on the dash of his pickup.
